MMAM Workshop Cancelation Policy

Two-Day Workshops

Students who cancel their enrollment more than 21 days prior to the first day of the course will receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. In recognition of the time and energy instructors invest in preparing for courses, students who cancel their enrollment 21 days or less prior to the first day of the course are not eligible for a refund. We are unable to transfer payments from one class to another.

What happens if MMAM needs to cancel a course?

Occasionally our classes don't reach the minimum enrollment to run. If we need to cancel a class, we make that assessment three weeks before it's scheduled to start. Registered students will receive a full refund. Please keep this in mind when booking accommodations and making other travel plans.  If MMAM cancels a program for any reason, registrants will be notified via phone or email and will receive a full refund. In the case that MMAM remains open for programming during inclement weather, absent registrants are not eligible for refunds.

Craft + Cocktail Workshops 

Cancellations made more than 8 days before the start of the program are subject to a $10 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. In recognition of the time and energy instructors invest in preparing for courses, cancellations within 7 days of a program are non-refundable.

What happens if MMAM needs to cancel a course?

MMAM reserves the right to cancel a program one week prior to its start date if enrollment has not reached the required minimum, or due to severe weather or instructor illness. If MMAM cancels a program for any reason, registrants will be notified via phone or email and will receive a full refund. In the case that MMAM remains open for programming during inclement weather, absent registrants are not eligible for refunds.
