Art is for everyone! Second Saturdays at MMAM offer:
$1 Admission: MMAM members and Children 4 and under are always free.
Guided Tours: 30-minute tours will be offered throughout the day.
MMAM Highlights Tour (10AM, 12PM, 2PM, 4PM): This 30-minute orientation will introduce you to the permanent collections
Looking at Landscapes with Heather Casper (11AM, 1PM, 3PM): Discover how artists use and are influenced by color in this 30 minute tour with MMAM Curator of Education, Heather Casper.
Garden Tours (11:30AM, 2:30 PM): Get outside and explore MMAM’s American prairie style gardens with a special walking tour. *Meets Outside
Art Making:
Origami Flowers: Fold your own origami flowers and make a paper garden you’ll never have to water again!
Mini Garden Decor: Add your tiny creation to your favorite potted plant, terrarium or garden spot.
Special Programming: Each month will feature different programming depending on the theme. Expect artist demonstrations, live music, dancing, and participatory experiences.

Artist Demonstrations: Artist Julie Johnston will be creating beautiful floral arrangements inspired by artworks in the museum. (10:30AM, 12:30PM, 2:30PM)
Raindrops on Roses: Atrium; How does your garden grow? Add to this month’s visitor response activity.
Bingo Overboard: Atrium; Play this search-and-find game, and earn a prize!
Winona transit Dial-a-Ride: MMAM is pleased to offer free rides to and from the museum with Winona Transit’s Service Dial-a-Ride, between 10am - 5pm on any Second Saturday event. Please call 507-454-6666 to schedule your ride.
Assistive Listening Devices: The Museum offers assistive listening devices on guided tours. These headsets allow for a clearer presentation on docent led tours. Sponsored by:
