Join Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center in partnership with the Minnesota Marine Art Museum to look at mental health after COVID.

Hiawatha Valley is going to be at the Minnesota Marine Art Museum to talk about what trends there are in our community around mental health and substance use following the pandemic. We'll look at information both locally and nationally to give an idea of how we are all doing. We'll finish with a look at how to be healthy and handle the stress of the past couple of years. Those that attend are welcome to coffee, donuts and to experience the museum. This is a free event for anyone in the public.
