Join Minneapolis-based artist Pam Luer for a hands-on Nature Sketchbook Workshop set against the inspiring backdrop of Pleasant Bluff. Guided by Pam’s decades of experience connecting art and nature, and supported by the land-based knowledge of Restoravore organizers, this workshop invites participants to slow down and observe the natural world through sketching.
Using watercolor and pens, students will explore different techniques for seeing and recording the beauty around them—from branches and leaves to shifting patterns of light and shadow. This outdoor session emphasizes practice over polish, helping participants find joy in the act of observation and the meditative rhythm of sketching in nature. All skill levels welcome.
