MMAM is thrilled to share the successful installation of our 165.3 kW rooftop solar array. Come celebrate with us on September 17 on MMAM’s Riverwalk for some brief remarks, ribbon cutting ceremony, and a toast right before the Third Thursday author talk event at 6p. Speakers will include Peter Greenwood from MnCIFE and Robert Black of Solar Bear. Through the generous funding support by the Frankenthaler Foundation and MnCIFA, and the partnership with local solar developers Solar Bear, and solar installer BlueSky, we are able to take these necessary and exciting steps towards participating in meaningful and sustainable climate action.

This event will take place on MMAM’s September Third Thursday, featuring $5 gallery admission from 5-8p, community booths, and an author talk from Anna Farro Henderson and Tamara Dean. Learn more about the September third Thursday.
